Job Detail

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all commercial and branches activities are well-managed.
  • Ensuring all branches target and revenue are achieved.
  • Monitoring and controlling all branch activities budget and expenditures.
  • Developing new business plan and its feasibility.
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients and all related stakeholders.

Job Qualification

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably with shipping background.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in shipping, preferably in shipping agency.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Required Knowledge and Skill(s): general shipping knowledge, shipping regulations, agency management, related shipping business regulations, wide network in shipping, computer literate, QHSE (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
  • Required Softskill(s): achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, problem solving & decision making, planning organizing, business process understanding, information gathering, leveraging network, team leadership, and developing others.
