Job Qualification
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably with shipping background.
Minimum 10 years experiences in shipping, preferably in shipping agency.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Required Knowledge and Skill(s): general shipping knowledge, shipping regulations, agency management, related shipping business regulations, wide network in shipping, computer literate, QHSE (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
Required Softskill(s): achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, problem solving & decision making, planning organizing, business process understanding, information gathering, leveraging network, team leadership, and developing others.
