The Company has formulated and ratified the Code of Conduct which serves as a guideline to all employees of the Company with regards to their behavior and attitude while carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Through the implementation of the Code of Conduct, the Company hopes that all forms of violations of laws, regulations and Company values can be prevented and/or can be addressed immediately. The basic principles of the Company’s Code of Conduct apply to all levels within the organization, from the Board of Commissioners, Directors, to employees in each work unit.
