Protection for Whistleblowers

The Company always provides full protection for whistleblowers and their family from all forms of threats or intimidation by maintaining the whistleblower’s identity confidential and prioritizing the principle of presumption of innocence based on professionalism. 

Complaint handling

Any complaints reported to the Company is handled in accordance with the mechanism implemented by the Company. All violation reports are handled based on applicable laws and regulations. The Company always applies the principles of transparency and accountability in handling all violation reports. The company also expressly, fairly, and professionally assigns penalties to those proven to have committed violations.
