NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

In accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 34/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Issuers or Public Companies, in March 2020, the Board of Commissioners had formed the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and appointed Mr. M. Harry Santoso as chairman, Mr. Fauqi Hapidekso as member, and Mrs. Pearly Martinelly as member.
